Snapdragon's 'Business Accelerator' package extends the shipped Microsoft CRM base functionality.

The Business Accelerator package is offered* to all our customers and includes:

1. Email convert to Case:
This allows a user to automatically 'convert' a CRM email (either as a result of an inbound inquiry into their INBOX; or as a result of an inbound email into a CRM Queue) into a Case.  The original email is then automatically stored as a History item against the Case.  >>> more details

2. Email convert to Lead:
This allows a user to automatically 'convert' a CRM email (either as a result of an inbound inquiry into their INBOX; or as a result of an inbound email into a CRM Queue) into a Lead.  The original email is then automatically stored as a History item against the Lead. >>>more details

3. Email links to Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity & Case:
Allows a user to directly email another user a 'link' to a Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity or Case, directly from within the record they have open.

4. Australian Telephone Number Formatting:
This auto detects and formats telephone number fields - auto formatting for STD; 1300; 13; 1800; and mobile numbers.  You can determine how the phone number is formatted (I.e. use a 'space'; '(' ; or 'dash' between the numbers. >>>more details

5. Phone Call Activity from a Lead, Account, & Contact:
A Phone Call activity button has been added to a Lead, Account & Contact form which pre-populates all the Phone Call fields directly from the open record for the user.

6. Snapdragon Organisation View:
A 'tree control' that allows users to navigate through any element of their entire CRM organisation structure - displaying by Business Unit; by Manager; by Team; by Site; by Resource Group and Service. >>>more details

7. Snapdragon Account View:
A 'tree control' that allows users to navigate through an entire Account hierarchy - listing all Accounts & Sub-Accounts and Contacts.  The control can be sorted by 'Role' or 'Department' and users can select if they want to include Opportunities and/or Cases in the view. >>>more details

8. Create Account from Contact:
Many users create Contacts in CRM - it is easy to bring in Contacts via Outlook but you often end up with people having to manually create an Account when they decide one is required.  This button on the Contact form allows a user to automatically create an Account out of a Contact record which then attaches the Contact to the Account record. >>>more details

9. Microsoft 'Live Search' on Lead, Account & Contact:
Embedded ‘buttons’ on the Lead, Account and Contact records allow a user to directly execute a Microsoft ‘Live Search’ (similar to Google) on the record they open so they can research that Company/Contact.

10. Microsoft 'Map Search' (local.live.com) on Lead, Account & Contact:
Embedded ‘buttons’ on the Lead, Account and Contact records allow a user to directly execute a Microsoft ‘Map Search’ on the record they open so they can see the location and get directions for the Company/Contact.
