All of the Snapdragon modules are developed in accordance with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 Certification Test for ISV Solutions.  A number of the Snapdragon modules have already passed this 'Certification Test'.

The Microsoft Dynamics Test for ISV Solutions identifies applications that successfully interoperate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The test specifications were developed by Microsoft and VeriTest. In general, the test specifications are intended to ensure an application:

• Doesn't cause the system to become unstable
• Doesn't corrupt the Microsoft CRM configuration
• Doesn't restrict the functionality of Microsoft CRM
• Is unlikely to become corrupted when Microsoft CRM is upgraded or updated.
